50 mil LLDPE SUPER GRIPNET® LINER

The use of Agru's LLDPE Super Gripnet® Liner represents a major advance in geomembrane technology for secure containment systems for environmental protection. Applications include landfill caps and landfill slopes. LLDPE Super Gripnet® Liner has spikes on the underside of the liner and provides additional stability on steep slopes. LLDPE Super Gripnet® Liner is manufactured to meet all necessary quality control standards required for high quality geomembrane lining systems. The studs and spikes are produced simultaneously with the liner material ensuring total homogeneity with the base liner material. As a result, they are an integral part of the liner itself with no potential for separation under load or in use. LLDPE Super Gripnet® Liner has smooth edges to enable wedge welds to be made between adjacent sheets. A special cutting tool can be used to remove the studs and/or spikes as necessary for the cross seams prior to welding of HDPE, but no cutting is required for LLDPE. 40 mil LLDPE MICROSPIKE® LINER

Microspike® is manufactured using a special, innovative production process that creates a friction surface out of the actual liner material itself. The resulting profile consists of a roughened surface and a regular series of small spikes which are completely integrated with the base liner material. Its principal applications include landfill lining and capping. LLDPE Microspike® liner is manufactured to meet all necessary quality control standards required for high quality geomembrane lining systems. The textured surface is produced simultaneously with the liner material ensuring total homogeneity with the base liner material. As a result, they are an integral part of the liner itself with no potential for separation under load or in use.

LLDPE Microspike® liner has smooth edges to enable wedge welds to be made between adjacent sheets. Features and Benefits of LLDPE Microspike® liner include:

Its applications include single or double lined landfills, waste ponds/lagoons and heap leach pads. Drain Liner®, with its drainage capability, was developed to eliminate the need for a separate drainage geonet layer in solid and hazardous waste landfill designs. Drain Liner® is manufactured to meet all necessary quality control standards required for high quality geomembrane lining systems. The studs and spikes are produced simultaneously with the liner material ensuring total homogeneity with the base liner material. As a result, they are an integral part of the liner itself with no potential for separation under load or in use. Drain Liner® has smooth edges to enable wedge welds to be made between adjacent sheets.
